Step-by-Step Cancellation Process:

Go to My Orders section

Click on the order you want to cancel

Click Cancel Order
Select reason for cancellation

Confirm Cancellation
You will receive confirmation via email/SMS
⚠️ Important: Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can return it after delivery.

Keep product in original packaging with tags and invoice

Products Eligible for Return:
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- Original invoice is included
- Return requested within 7 days of delivery
- Product is not damaged or altered
Products NOT Eligible for Return:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and personal care products
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Customized or personalized products
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse

- Choose the size/color you want
- We will pick up the old product and deliver the new one
- Exchange is FREE - no additional shipping charges
- Subject to availability of the product
Note: If the new product price is higher, you need to pay the difference. If lower, we will refund the difference.
