How do I place an order?

Browse products, add items to cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping details, select payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive confirmation via email and SMS.

Do I need to create an account?

No, you can checkout as guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and get exclusive offers.

How can I track my order?

Login to your account, go to My Orders, click on the order, then click Track Order. You will also receive tracking link via email/SMS.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel before shipping. Contact support immediately or go to My Orders and click Cancel Order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (₹50 extra charges).

Is it safe to use my card?

Absolutely! We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. Your card details are never stored. All transactions are 100% secure.

What are COD charges?

Cash on Delivery has ₹50 additional charges. Choose prepaid to save this amount and get priority processing!

Payment failed but money deducted?

Amount is automatically refunded within 5-7 business days. If not received, contact support with transaction details.

What are shipping charges?

FREE shipping on orders above ₹299. Below ₹299, standard shipping is ₹50. 

How long does delivery take?

Metro Cities: 2-3 days | Tier 2 Cities: 4-5 days | Rest of India: 6-8 days 

Can I change delivery address?

Yes, but only before shipping. Contact support immediately with order number and new address.

What if I am not available?

Delivery partner attempts 3 times. You can reschedule through tracking link or provide alternate contact.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Easy returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused with original tags and packaging. FREE pickup across India.

How do I return a product?

Login, go to My Orders, select order, click Return, choose reason, schedule free pickup, pack with tags and invoice.

When will I get refund?

Online Payment: 5-7 days | COD: 7-10 days via bank transfer | Store Credit: Instant

Can I exchange a product?

Yes! Select Exchange, choose size/color. We pick up old and deliver new FREE. Subject to availability.

Received damaged product?

Contact us immediately with photos. We arrange FREE pickup and send replacement or full refund including shipping.

How to apply coupon code?

At checkout, enter coupon code in Apply Coupon field and click Apply. Discount reflects immediately.

Can I use multiple coupons?

No, only one coupon per order. Choose the one with maximum discount!
